Arvand free zone, its establishment has been proved in the second half of 1382 was established under the Act of honorable Islamic Consultative parliament in August, 1383.It is located on northwestern Persian Gulf with an area of 172 at the confluence of two major rivers Karun and Arvand River and it shares border with Iraq and Kuwait.
